Bush Ways Lodges – Introduces its New Camp

Bush Ways Lodges introduces its NEW camp – Boteti River Camp!

With a knack for growth, Bush Ways Lodges has taken over the ownership of Boteti River Camp, formerly known as Tiaan’s Camp as of 1st September 2018. We are super excited about this development as we have begun welcoming guests to the amazing destination of Makgadikgadi, making it our third area of lodge operation. We are encouraged to follow through with the same ethic and hosting culture we have cultivated in all our properties – for an authentic and unforgettable stay in some of the prime wildlife destinations in Botswana.

The property features 7 ensuite chalets, an ensuite platform tent, swimming-pool, a dining area and a bar. An upstairs viewing lounge overlooking the Boteti River invites you to wait for the elephants or occasional zebra as they come by for a water break. For that adventurous traveller we also have 8 campsites and a meru tent. Each camp site features a fire place, water and power point, as well as a shaded area under which they can pitch their tents. The campsite area has shared ablutions, as well as an area for washing cooking equipment.

Duration of their stay, guests have the choice between being completely independent and exploring this spectacular destination on their own with their own vehicle or joining any of the activities we offer: game drives in Makgadikgadi National Park and Nxai Pan, as well as a village walk to give one an appreciation of the culture of Khumaga village.
