Wilderness Dawning launches New Lodge-To-Lodge Safari and partnership

Wilderness Dawning, the Botswana based safari company, is launching a new, small group lodge to lodge safari itinerary commencing in April 2020.

Wilderness Dawning is well known for operating privately guided fully-serviced mobile camping safaris through the national parks of Botswana. These will continue to operate alongside the new lodge to lodge program. The lodge to lodge itinerary will take guests through the classic highlights of Botswana; from Chobe River, through the Chobe National Park to Savuti, Khwai, and Moremi Game reserve starting in April 2020. Accommodation will be in comfortable permanent camps and lodges.

Wilderness Dawning has also entered into a partnership with Natural Selection, one of Africa’s leading eco-tourism companies. In keeping with Natural Selection’s conservation policy, Wilderness Dawning will be setting aside 1.5% of turnover for continuing conservation efforts in Botswana, Namibia and South Africa. These conservation initiatives range from human-wildlife coexistence programs, to herbivore and lion research, to environmental education for children in local communities. Wilderness Dawning also believes that travellers are supporting ongoing conservation in Botswana, simply by choosing to travel to this unique destination and with a company who really and truly gives back.

“I am very excited to be growing the business with the addition of the new Botswana lodge to lodge safari and we look forward to announcing more new and innovative safaris in the near future”, says Craig Nesbitt, who will remain as the Marketing Director and owner of Wilderness Dawning.
