At Sanctuary Baines’ Camp we have been busy watching a fascinating pack of wild dogs.
We have been watching these pups since they were born and they are now beginning to leave the den, moving with the rest of the family. Over the past weeks it has been incredible seeing how the coats of the pups develop, as the black and tan patterns change, while the white patterns remain the same right through to adulthood.
We have named this pup Fargo, due to the distinct F on her side. These identification shots will allow us to track where she will eventually disperse to, settle and hopefully form a pack of her own.
